Much of the wrestling community would have been counting down the days for the release of WWE 2K20. However, they may have felt a little underwhelmed by the game should they have brought it from the PlayStation Store after many players have been aggravated by the bugs and glitches in the game.
This has forced PlayStation to issue refunds on fans that have come across problems on the new release.
Fans have been quick to post Tweets about their displeasing gaming experiences due to broken in-game features and items missing from the game’s collector’s edition.
The WWE 2K20 Steam page has also had a significant number of negative reviews, with the rating of the game now shown as mostly negative.
One tweet from 2K Support said: “We’re receiving more tickets than normal. Rest assured: We’re doing everything we can to get to your case. Thanks for your patience!”
This release marks the first time since 1999 that Yuke’s have played no part in the development of the game. It would seem as though they are severely missed already.
